Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is renowned for her bright brown dresses and hats. She has no fur. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Locksmith father left her crippled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'5" and prefers to wear flannel. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His ears are large.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ulfgar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Standing 4'8", this woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her fur is gray and curly. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Pelt is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Pelt liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Servant, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Akta lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and an old rival family wants her found
