Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She is physically well-built. Her blonde hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Chenna lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Valafar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: This northern man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Performer. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: She wears a simple red robe with grey stripes complete with hood. Her head has been shaved. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her green robe. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Orianna has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
