History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Fonkin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Harbek was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
