History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arannis grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and wants to work out more often

Description: She is lean but muscular and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears a colorful flower in her blonde hair. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His white hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tharivol grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is blue, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. She keeps her auburn hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is light but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Gnome Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.
