Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rael was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.
