Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She wears a grey vest and prefers black and tan shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Emeny was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Emeny was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a tan costume with the symbols of her god on her torso. Her black hair is heavily combed to the right. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Brewer profession.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This slender man stands about 3'0". He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a longbow on his belt. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Purban liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter
