History: Born in the north to a Masseuse, Ralf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Holg grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. After a long history of fighting, Holg and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge
