History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Hagren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Randal's homeland. Randal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This woman wears long strands of sapphire and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has a very tight haircut. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Halfling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Criella was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and revenge
