Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thervan grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings, and is pretty ugly. His hair is white and curly. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Engraver business.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
