History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Millicent wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is an amazing painter.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second son.
