History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Findex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Fargas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: An older man who wears baggy brown pantaloons and a blue scarf, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is brown and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Conrad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a brown shirt with thin green vertical stripes and blue pants, and is pretty ugly. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Cecily hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
