He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 71. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Fragrant was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Fragrant's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Kansif and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 2'8" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears suspenders and red workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nora isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Jeweler for the past few years.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and money/treasure

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Adventurer profession.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure
