History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lavinia studied abroad. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She has worked as a Carter like her father before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult
