History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Hatae was a troubled youth. Hatae decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hatae fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Baern was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Baern's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
