Her father taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. History: Megren was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
