History: Adelaide was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Adelaide was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Being a Miller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is her passion; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
