Personality: Direcris wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barrister. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
