History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She got into the Assassin business at a young age. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
