History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: Born in the west to a Jeweler, Medrash learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Jeweler for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her religion dominates her actions
