History: Thorin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She very much looks the part of a Mayor. Her cinnamon fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Being a Mayor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Xanaphia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. She tends to her Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
