History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mayor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. The war was a terrible time for her, and Naivara does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
