Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Ella would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Ella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ella decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
