History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When Faran reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Nirgel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to share knowledge with the world

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.
