History: Shifting was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Shifting alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Shifting was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has money and likes to spend it
