Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Engraver, and is pretty ugly. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Oda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: 5'4" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. A true patriot, Jane would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Jane was taken on many hunting expeditions. Jane was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jane decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
