History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Personality: Havilar is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thea embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
