History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Glassblower kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: Standing 6'2", this man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears his black crest up. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cook born in the past three hundred years. Baradad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Xanaphia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Xanaphia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Xanaphia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gerbo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerbo was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has decided he is irredeemable
