History: Born in the north to a Miller, Artin learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is typically in her Mortician uniform, and is pretty ugly. She wears her white hair up. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Emeny embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand her business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: An older man who has the majority of his body covered in plate, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his brown fur in a pixie cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Unemployed business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Reeza was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
