History: She was raised in a plains tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Balifra took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Beggar, his father struggled to pay the bills. Vassago was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Emerald is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Emerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To be a Masseuse again; and regain custody of her daughter
