Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her flail with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ulla was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. Her hair is brown and very short. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Carpenter who has hired her part-time. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Vadania was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Elf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She is a Yochlol in disguise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is her passion

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Saphara will drive conversation. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west.
