Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sickle with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her black fur is lengthy. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Banker who has hired her part-time. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born into a rich family. Quick was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quick decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Quick managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sarai was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'7" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. He has blue eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Theodoric was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears yellow trousers with green and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gunter took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Expand his business; and his religion dominates his actions
