History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Daar was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
