He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Weaver for the past few years.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ilga was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Farmer. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Oolah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
