Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has worked as a Fletcher like her father before her.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the south to a Butcher, Audhild learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She tends to her Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Laborer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Griselda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
