History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He is in excellent shape and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After months of barely getting by, Gorfel managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to be a merchant again

Personality: Ortegar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.
