Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Mara was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mara's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by her family

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Synthrin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dagger grew up listening to his father's many stories. Dagger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Gildmak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gildmak decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
