History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A true patriot, Phann would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is content; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
