History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
