History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by his family
