Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Umpen's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Umpen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Nella was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.
