Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a blue shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her hair is red and very short. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She works hard and plays hard.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student she started as a Bellfounder, but she got bored and became a Shepherd. She has worked as a Shepherd like her father before her.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears tattered old clothes. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Delre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Butcher business.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings, marred by beers. With bright chestnut hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Salanop isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
