His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed violet hat.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the east to a Glassblower, Dagger learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dagger was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has worked as a Glassblower like his father before him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Performer and found it very stressful. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. After coming to the age of reason, Wella took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
