Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Shadow was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her golden hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
