Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Ortegar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ortegar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ortegar. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the west to a Tailor, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Baker, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dyer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants a kiss.
