History: She was born in the west. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Miller arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
