Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Elysande grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Navigator. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Description: A 4'10" western woman, she wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a hand crossbow on her belt. She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Susannah was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Susannah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull tan iron scale mail, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She carries with her a set of axes, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her silver hair is wavy and long. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A true patriot, Roywyn would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Roywyn and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.
