History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.
