History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
