Through the years after Grisha was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Windy hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Windy was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. Myev is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his brother
