History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now owns her own business.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Eva was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Fletcher again; and balancing her hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She tends to her Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and many orcs want her driven away
